The 5-Day Club® is CEF’s summertime Bible Club for children which is held for one hour on five consecutive days. CEF workers and trained summer missionaries present the Gospel through teaching a visualized Bible lesson. Scripture truths are also presented through a missionary story, visualized songs, and Bible memory verses. 5-Day Clubs may be held in a home, a community building, a church, or outdoors where children gather.
Good News Club® is a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship in which trained teachers meet with groups of children in schools, homes, community centers, churches, apartment complexes, just about anywhere the children can easily and safely meet with their parent’s permission. Each week the teacher presents an exciting Bible lesson using colorful materials from CEF Press. This action-packed time also includes songs, Scripture memory, a mission’s story and review games or other activities focused on the lesson’s theme.
Christmas Party Clubs tell the real story of Christmas in a fun way, with the Bible Story, including visuals, songs, games, and of course, food. This is great for the children in your neighborhood, or your church, or outreach in child care centers, schools, or after-school programs. You may order the kit for your Christmas Party at CEF Press. If you want help in learning to use the curriculum, sign up for one of our Christmas Party Club workshops.
Christian Youth in Action is the summer missionary program for those 12 years old and up. CYIAers receive training in the principles of teaching children, how to teach the Bible lesson, how to lead a child to Christ, and much more. Then they work in the community leading 5-Day Clubs during the summer. Youth return to their churches with a deeper understanding of their faith, and skills to work with children in the church.
CEF is well known for its quality teacher training. We offer seminars, workshops, special classes, and even Bible college credit courses called TCE (teaching Children Effectively). We offer these classes at the CEF office or we can come to you. Contact us about times, places, and subjects.
The JYC Club is for Children ages 11-14 and meet one day a week after school. The young teens discuss living the Biblical truths they have learned in Good News Club and move on to a deeper understanding and application of this truth through a Bible study and fellowship time that gives the young teens an opportunity to hear the Gospel, grow in their Christian walk, learn the importance of Christian service and get involved in serving others. JYC is a way for Christian teens to encourage each other in their Christian walk especially in a public school and unsaved home setting.
